Back in 2009...Our family and farming aspirations found a home on the land that is now Patchwork Family Farm. It is a misty micro-climate in the Blue Ridge Mountains where agriculture has deep roots. We are fortunate to be able to tap into that foundation and build upon the tradition of "homegrown" healthy food... Our model of farming is often called "Market Gardening" because of the large diversity of crops grown. Over 30 kinds of vegetables, small fruits and herbs! The farm as a business is "what we do" but it is hard to separate from our lifestyle choices...
