Most consultants in the region approach businesses with the view to create a dependency, the first project is a foot through the door. This can be hard for small to medium sized businesses as they are often not equipped to handle the proposed changes. Our offer is to work with these businesses using a different framework by giving them the tools and coaching that will create effective results and promote internal learning.
