Greetings from Adam Moore! My Boy Scout Eagle Project is building a 1/20 th scale model of the Strater Hotel in Durango, Colorado. This model will provide renewed interest not only in the Strater, but in other historically important buildings across the nation as well. The Strater itself is 132 years old! Also, the unique architecture from the days of the Wild West provides a great challenge for me to re-create in miniature!... The model will be constructed of small, well-known plastic blocks commonly called LEGOs.
