IDIOT'S GRACE WINERY

We are a small family winery in the heart of the Northwest. Our organic vineyards along the Columbia River are largely dry-farmed, producing old-world style wines from over 20 varieties of grapes. We have been exploring the potential of our young AVA since 2002... We believe that fine wines are grown, rather than "produced". We seek minimal intervention in the process - with wild fermentation, sparing use of oak, and limited extraction, all in the pursuit of freshness, balance and structure. Our wines must accurately express variety, site and vintage, and are intended for the table. We believe that wine is, indeed, a form of food... We are a small production, family-owned organic estate winery in the unique Columbia Gorge AVA.
