Starting out with just one truck in 1985, Joe Refalo commenced in hourly hire construction work and also cartage of quarry products. Charlie Refalo joined Joe in 1986 followed by Laurie in 1988, the same year Jeffsann was formed. In 1993, Luke joined after finishing his Plant Mechanic apprenticeship and completing the puzzle of this thriving family business... Jeffsann Excavations is a family owned business servicing the greater Sydney Metropolitan area for over 30 years! Established in 1988, Jeffsann has built a strong and committed reputation for providing an efficient and reliable service throughout the Construction Industry.
