Gloria is our Administrative and Social Media specialist at James Stewart in association with Savills, originally from Seville, with a degree in Business Administration and Management. Based in Sotogrande since 2020, she brings an in-depth knowledge of social media management and administrative tasks, crucial to improving our online presence and operational efficiency.

James Stewart came to live in Spain in 1982 having spent 11 years working in South America and South East Asia. During his early years here, he served as General Manager of one of the most prestigious cork and hunting estates in Southern Spain, before taking on the role of Managing Director of the Valderrama group in 1992. He was part of the team that successfully brought the 1997 Ryder Cup to Royal Valderrama Golf Club, where James also served as General Manager during the Ryder Cup years from 1994 to 1998.
Since 1999, James has been the Managing Director of James Stewart in association with Savills in Sotogrande, where he has applied his in-depth knowledge of the real estate market to serve a national and international clientele. Bilingual in Spanish and fluent in French, James' experience of working and living in Sotogrande for over forty years is unmatched.
James is the father of two children who have grown up in Sotogrande, enjoying and taking advantage of its exceptional sporting and educational facilities. This personal experience gives James a unique understanding of the needs and desires of families considering making Sotogrande their family home.
Rita Godino, our Sales Manager, has been an integral part of the Sotogrande community since her arrival in 1996. Whose career in the property industry began with the creation of James Stewart in association with Savills in 1999, Rita's 25 years of experience in the real estate industry is considerable. Speaking Spanish and English, coupled with her deep understanding of local market dynamics and her commitment to service excellence, drives our mission to deliver outstanding results and client satisfaction.

Siobhean Gribbin, Sales Director at James Stewart in association with Savills, is a professional with a rich background in real estate, known for her charisma and ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Trilingual in English, Spanish, Japanese and with a working knowledge of French, Siobhean has lived in Japan and returned to Europe in 1986, giving her a unique global perspective.
