Jacquelyn (Cobb) Harvey

Jacquelyn (Cobb) Harvey joined Keller Law as an Associate Attorney after graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law. During law school, she interned for the Wyoming Stock Growers Association, and at the Estate Planning Practicum where she received first-hand knowledge on estate planning and associated document drafting, as well as probates. Jacquelyn works with farmers, ranchers and others on their estate and succession planning, probate and trust administration and business planning. Jacquelyn is a sixth generation cowgirl of a family owned and operated cattle ranch. She is a proud Wyomingite, and currently resides there with her husband. Outside of work, Jacquelyn enjoys supporting the K-12 community at various sporting, 4-H, and FFA events, working on the ranch, and spending time with her family and friends. Jacquelyn is currently licensed to practice in Wyoming and Colorado.

Jacy Rock

Jacy Rock brings over 15 years of large law firm and in-house legal experience to small and mid-sized businesses in Colorado. Clients appreciate her business and legal acumen and wide range of experience, including in general contractual matters; human resources and labor relations; environmental, health, and safety issues; policy and procedure development; litigation avoidance and management; and crisis response. Jacy's practical perspective on the law as just "one tool in a toolbox" helps clients across diverse industries prevent and solve problems efficiently and effectively. Jacy received her bachelor's degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of North Dakota in 2002. She graduated Order of the Coif, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota in 2005. Early in her legal career, she was named a Colorado SuperLawyers "Rising Star" and received the Counsel/Co-Counsel Award from the Faculty of Federal Advocates. More recently, she has co-authored and presented papers for the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. She is a graduate of the Denver Metro Chamber's Leadership Denver Program, Colorado University's Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility course, and a Harvard Business School Executive Education In-Residence Leadership Program. In 2019, Jacy was recognized as one of Colorado's "Top Women in Energy" by the Denver Business Journal. Jacy is an engaged community member with organizational leadership experience, including on the governor-appointed Board of Trustees of Great Outdoors Colorado and the Jefferson County Open Space Advisory Committee. Jacy and her family moved to Steamboat Springs in 2021, where they enjoy all the outdoor adventures Steamboat has to offer.

Jenna H. Keller

Jenna H. Keller represents numerous farmers, ranchers, mineral and royalty owners, and rural landowners throughout eastern Colorado, northwestern Colorado, western Nebraska and southern Wyoming with a particular emphasis on oil, gas, and wind issues. She also handles wills, trusts, estates/probate, conservation easements and water rights, and provides guidance in real estate transactions and related litigation on those subject matters, all with an emphasis on rural land issues. Ms. Keller grew up on a wheat farm in northeastern Colorado and knows firsthand the challenges facing rural farmers and ranchers. Ms. Keller received her law degree from the University of Wyoming's College of Law, where she graduated Order of the Coif. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Economy from Colorado College. Ms. Keller is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. Ms. Keller has lectured throughout northern, northeastern, and southeastern Colorado on topics such as oil and gas leasing, restrictions and encumbrances on the transfer of water shares, oil and gas pipeline easements, and wills, trusts and powers of attorney. She is a regular speaker at the annual High Plains No-Till Conference. She also is a blog contributor at the Mineral Rights Forum and eLegacyConnect. Outside of work, Ms. Keller volunteers her time as a member for agricultural organizations as the past co-chair of the Board of the Community Agriculture Alliance and past chair for the Colorado FFA Foundation Board.

Jessica D. Kosares

Among both colleagues and clients, Jessica is known for her dedicated service and acute analytical skills. With over nine years of legal real estate experience, including litigation, contract drafting and eminent domain, Jessica provides her clients with high-quality and thorough work product. Jessica inherited a passion for the law from her dad, John T. Baker, who spent his career representing individuals in class action lawsuits and pioneering Colorado's first state sponsored attorney mentoring program. Jessica received her bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. She attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, graduating with honors in 2008. She has practiced law in Colorado since. Jessica's interest in real estate came from her pre-law work with David Clayton, Inc., a Commercial Appraisal Firm. She received her training and background in real estate law as an associate real estate attorney at the law firm, Alderman Bernstein, where she focused on eminent domain law; federal and state relocation assistance regulations; real estate litigation; residential and commercial transactions; and civil litigation. While with Alderman Bernstein, she chaired a committee of the Downtown Denver Leadership Program and taught courses at the yearly eminent domain conference. Before joining the Keller Law firm in February of 2021, Jessica represented landowners in a variety of matters, through Kosares Law LLC. Jessica's primary practice areas include real estate transactions and litigation.

Teresa Abel

Teresa Abel joined Keller Law, LLC in August 2022. At Keller Law, Teresa assists clients on matters involving natural resources, land use and conservation, government permitting, real estate, contracts & licenses, title work, and litigation. She enjoys working closely with her clients to determine their specific needs and objectives. Teresa's prior experience includes federal permitting, appellate work, oil and gas litigation, and business disputes. Teresa earned her J.D. in 2012 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she graduated in the top 1% of her law school class. She then completed an LL.M. in Natural Resources & Environmental Policy. While in school, Teresa interned with the District Attorney's Office for the 18th Judicial District (Appellate Division), the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Colorado Supreme Court. She also completed a post-graduation clerkship with the Colorado Court of Appeals.

William G. Collin

William Collin joined Keller Law in 2017 as an Associate Attorney after graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law. During his legal education, he focused almost exclusively on transactional law, specifically estate planning, business and tax matters. Mr. Collin worked as an intern for the Estate Planning Practicum in Laramie, WY as well as a Legal Extern for the Wyoming State Board of Equalization. Outside of the work environment, William enjoys being outdoors and appreciating the unique nature of this region. He can be found fishing, camping, skiing, or exploring new areas. William is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming.
