Christine Schmitz-Riol is a co-founder of Mountain Partners and is responsible for the administrative management, internal organization and real estate management of Mountain Partners AG. Before Christine joined Mountain Partners, she worked at ACG AG as the assistant to the board and TellSell Consulting as the assistant to the executive management in Frankfurt.

Daniel S. Wenzel is the co-founder of Mountain Partners AG and has built MP together with Conny since 2005. Before the foundation of Mountain Partners, Daniel was CEO of Conny's private family office. Prior to that, Daniel initiated the corporate office of Smart Card Brokers and RFID manufacturer ACG AG and was in charge of strategy projects, M&A transactions and financings. At the beginning of his career, he worked at Dresdner Bank in Latin America, at BNP Paribas and at Bain & Company. Daniel studied Business Administration at WHU Koblenz - Otto Beisheim School of Management, at Helsinki School of Economics and at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez in Chile. Daniel Wenzel is Honorary Consul of the Republic of Chile in Switzerland.

Dr. Cornelius ("Conny") Boersch is an entrepreneur, technology investor, and founder of numerous technology companies. He is the founder of Mountain Partners and initiated the Unternehmertag at Tegernsee. Conny founded his first company during his studies, developed it into the smart card broker and RFID-producer ACG AG and successfully floated it on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 1999 at a valuation of more than EUR 1bn. Subsequently, Conny initiated the development of further RFID-based companies, such as Smartrac (IPO'd in 2006), and Identiv (NASDAQ-listed since 2006). As a business angel, he has invested in more than 400 companies since 1995 and was voted "European Business Angel of the Year" in 2009. He is a European Investment Fund (EIF) - certified super angel, which means that the EIF matches his startup investments 1 to 1. For his activities, he was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2000. Conny has authored several books on topics ranging from digitalization to happiness and lifelong learning. His latest publication "Missed the future", which he wrote together with Dr. Thomas Middelhoff, became a bestseller and was translated into 8 languages. Politically, Conny acted as advisor to Dr. Guido Westerwelle, former president of the German Liberal Party, FDP, Vice-Chancellor and Foreign Minister of Germany from 2009 to 2012. He studied at the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Essen with a thesis on venture capital. He later also acted as honorary professor and held lectures at the University of Essen.

Dr. Felix Exner joined Mountain Partners and Conny & Co. in 2021. He acts as Managing Director of Early Stage Venture Capital and Conny & Co. II, focusing on fund management, operations, as well as investment decisions and portfolio management. Felix studied law and business in Wiesbaden, Germany, and Madrid, Spain. After graduating with distinction from EBS University, Felix obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Münster researching the implications of blockchain-based smart contracts for consumers. Felix worked at international corporate law firms Linklaters and Skadden, Arps in private equity and tax law, before joining blockchain startup iov42 in November 2019. Felix holds a Bachelor of Laws, a J.D. (First State Examination in Law), and a Master of Arts in Business from EBS University, Germany. He graduated from University of Münster, Germany, with a Ph.D. in law in October 2021.

Elena Scheller joined Mountain Partners AG in 2014 as the executive assistant to the management board. After her further education as a Compliance Officer in 2017, Elena took over the role as a Compliance Officer for Mountain Partners. Her responsibilities are documenting, auditing and monitoring of compliance requirements (AMLA, CISA and FATCA) for Mountain Partners and its subsidiaries. Elena holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration with focus on Finance and Accounting from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.

Francesco Lanotte joined the investment team of Mountain Partners in 2022. He developed his passion for investments and entrepreneurship during his past work experiences in Europe and business studies in Italy and in the USA. Prior to joining Mountain Partners, Francesco gained experience in investments in different industries and investment funds' structures at Partners Group (Zug, Switzerland), before joining Morgan Stanley as an Analyst where he focused on global large-scale investments, macro and risks. At Mountain Partners, Francesco is focusing on our SPAC (Mountain & Co. I Acquisition Corp., New York, USA) and analyzing and selecting growth investment opportunities, alongside with portfolio management of investments and portfolio companies. Francesco holds a BSc in Finance from University of Padova, with an exchange term at University of Michigan (United States of America) and a MSc in Finance, Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy.

Luisa joined Mountain Partners as CFO in June 2022. Before joining Mountain Partners, Luisa worked for more than 15+ years in the M&A/Transaction Diligence departments of EY and KPMG in Frankfurt, London and Rome. In her latest role as a Director at EY she was responsible for the lead of cross-functional teams and projects with a focus on financial buy- and sell-side due diligences, primarily for Private Equity clients investing in various sectors. She has particularly strong expertise in the Life Sciences, Healthcare and TMT industries. Luisa graduated with a Master of Economics (Diplom-Betriebswirt) from the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, Wiesbaden, and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (IFRS, Birmingham).

Michaela joined Mountain Partners AG as an accountant in November 2021. Before joining Mountain Partners, Michaela worked at a fiduciary office and completed her training as Junior Accountant (Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen edupool.ch). She is currently studying for her Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Accounting and Financial Management (Eidg. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen). Michaela holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Zürich.
