Our mission is to provide academic and industrial SMEs with micro- and nanofabrication solutions for research, prototyping and production of advanced III-V, Silicon and Oxy-Nitrides photonics components and circuits... nanoPHAB. The III-V semiconductor and silicon nano-photonics foundry allows fables research institutions and industries to make their idea real into the photonics market
