Bill Otten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and is a member of the National Association of Practice Brokers. In addition, he has received a Certified Mechanical/Equipment Appraiser designation from the National Equipment and Brokers Institute. Bill has authored two books, Business Basics for Dentists and The Dentist's Guide to Financial Planning and has served on the Board of Trustees of Normandy Osteopathic Hospital in St. Louis. A lifelong resident of St. Louis, Bill is an avid reader and world traveler and he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
Kim Rey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fontbonne University where she minored in Accounting and Management Science. She has over 35 years of accounting and tax experience. She holds the Enrolled Agent (EA) designation. She is a member and the current Secretary of the National Association of Practice Brokers, a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), and she also holds a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the NACVA. In addition she hold the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association where she is also a member. Kim joined Bill Otten over 30 years ago, specializing in accounting and tax preparation for dental clients and other small businesses and then over 12 years ago moved into the dental practice brokerage business. When she isn't working with her clients, you can find her spending time with her children and grandchildren or working in her garden.
