Papa Cantella's is a family owned and operated food company specializing in premium sausages. In 1980, Tom Cantella founded this business with an Italian sausage recipe from his grandfather and a desire to provide the general public with the authentic taste of the "real" Italian sausage that was made in his kitchen as he was growing up. This meant producing a sausage that was made "fresh," with quality meats and hand blended spices. Today, that desire has expanded into our current portfolio of over 150 formulas of fresh & fully cooked sausages. Our products can be found on shelves across the country in retail grocers & wholesale clubs, as well as a comprehensive network of food service distributors...
