Mr. Moore brings over fifty years of building experience to Paramount Global Advisors and has directed and managed numerous construction projects in both the residential and commercial arenas. He has served as a contractor and consultant to clients from various industries and has developed an extensive background and skillset in construction operations and management. Beyond his professional field experience, Mr. Moore has shared his vast industry knowledge as an educator and serves an invaluable resource to our team and clients.

DUANE HATHAWAY

Mr. Hathaway comes to Paramount Global Advisors with a wealth of practical and conceptual experience in multiple facets of the healthcare industry. He is the president and founder of Hathaway Resources, Inc., which is a Florida based firm that has been providing comprehensive and specialized consulting services to healthcare administrators and operators around the United States for the past 15 years. Prior to that, Duane served as the Vice President of Operations for one of the nation's largest healthcare providers and has also been appointed to several Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) committees based upon his extensive industry knowledge and experience.

RICK MOORE

Mr. Moore is the founder and architect of Paramount Global Advisor's tactical and organizational service platform and is responsible for overseeing and managing all of the company's professional activities. His industry experience in the property and casualty insurance arena spans over 25 years and includes a tenure with one of the nation's largest insurance companies. In 2003, Rick began focusing his attention on representing and servicing the interest of residential and commercial insurance consumers who suffered property losses. He has assisted and consulted clients in the healthcare, hospitality, restaurant, educational, municipal, retail, property/asset management, and a variety of industries regarding their insurance and claims related needs.
