Bob Jenks

He also has substantial experience with natural resource law, regulation and rules. He has worked at all levels of the state legislative process. Jenks' practical on-the-ground skills and knowledge are derived from managing an array of public and private sector projects related to land, wildlife, habitat, and cultural resources.

Brent F. Dupes

Brent Dupes is a licensed Michigan Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He is a financial executive with 35 years of experience in real estate acquisition, financial modeling, development and management. Dupes was the Chief Financial Officer for Mesa del Sol, the master developer of a 12,900 acre mixed-use development, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was responsible for the issuance of Tax Increment District Bonds and Public Improvement District Bonds.

Harry Relkin

Harry Relkin is a licensed New Mexico attorney and native New Mexican with more than 40 years of experience in both private and government practice. He is the architect of multiple public/private partnerships that include renewable energy, university student housing, affordable housing, large-scale, mixed-use developments, residential development, economic development projects including industrial and technology parks, and land use planning projects. Relkin is the former Sr. Vice President of Mesa del Sol, the master developer of a 12,900-acre mixed-use development in Albuquerque, NM. In both his public and private practice he has put together extensive and complex successful real estate deals. Relkin also served as General Counsel and Assistant State Land Commissioner for the New Mexico State Land Office. In addition to working with private land, he has an extensive real estate background including various forms of public lands such as state trust, Bureau of Land Management, Forest Service, tribal trust lands, as well as city and county lands.

Karin Stangl

Current and past clients include: Forest City Enterprises, the Albuquerque Academy, and Lobo Development Corporation. Murphy is a licensed New Mexico real estate broker. He received his master's degree in regional planning from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Michael S. Castillo

He has 35 years experience managing all facets of land development from planning, designing and infrastructure development to completion of buildings. Castillo held corporate vice president positions with large-scale, mixed-use land developments such as Amrep Southwest Inc. (developer of Rio Rancho); Mesa del Sol, the master developer of a 12,900 acre mixed-use development in Albuquerque, NM; and Rancho Cielo, in Belen, NM. Early in his career, he worked as a private consultant, and for municipal and state governments. Castillo served on numerous public and private boards and commissions, including the New Mexico Finance Authority, State Investment Committee, Rio Rancho Planning and Zoning Commission, the Rio Rancho Chamber of Commerce, the Sandoval County Economic Alliance, the Belen Valley Improvement Association, and the U.S. Bank Citizens Advisory Board, among others.
