Chris Hanna

I joined Citibase in December 2013 as a Sales Consultant working within the Reservation Team. After a successful period on this team I was promoted 11 months later to a position on the Regional Sales Team as a Regional Sales Consultant. Two years down the line after earning my stripes, I was subsequently promoted to become a Regional Sales Manager, a position I have held ever since. I am now the longest serving member of the sales team.

Declan Hughes

My Citibase journey started in May 2016 when I joined the Reservations Team. My main responsibilities were handling enquiries and booking viewings at the very start of the Sales process. Over the next 4 years, I gained knowledge of the flexible workspace industry, consistently hitting new business revenue targets whilst ensuring that Citibase's core values are upheld. This has led to several progression opportunities through the Sales team, first to the role of Regional Sales Manager and most recently as a Business Development Executive.

Jo Mapp - VP of Sales

I have worked in the flexible office industry for 12 years, and started working for Citibase in 2011. I have developed a rounded experience of most aspects of the business, including operating and running a business centre, multi-site management, P&L management and revenue development across most areas of the country, whilst most recently working with our Clients to ensure we are fulfilling their requirements for their portfolios. As Sales Director for Citibase, I am passionate about striving for excellence, working smart and ensuring our customers feel supported to develop their businesses within our office environment.

Natasha Asare

Having worked in the flexible office industry for over 15 years, I have been able to build a good rapport with customers, clients and colleagues alike, and have gained a vast amount of experience from different aspects of this industry. I joined Citibase in June 2014 as an Operation Manager for two of the London centres before quickly moving into the Commercial Development team. Having spent the last 4 years engaging with existing customers and ensure that our products and services are compatible for them, it is very exciting to now be part of the Commercial Sales Team. Especially, as the whole new sale to existing customer process is now dealt with by the same individual, building consistency and fluency. This, in turn, will only help to strengthen the relationship between us and our customers and ensure that they continue to use and value our services.

Nathan Carpenter

I started my Citibase Journey back in 2014 and was employed as an operations manager for our Flagship Cambridge Centre, during my time in the centre it achieved a huge growth in revenue and therefore I was promoted to the role of assistant commercial Development manager, I worked in this role for a short period before being promoted again to commercial development manager, in these roles I maintained our relationship with our internal customers, I also advised and managed the sales process and developed the commerciality of each building I was involved with. Recently I my job role has changed to encompass the new business sales alongside the commercial development of the buildings and the account management of our existing customer base. I love the role and the company and have been very happy over my 6 years.

Rebecca Broomhall

I joined the Citibase Team back in 2015 as Centre Administrator in our Flagship centre in Birmingham. I worked in Operations for over 4 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge on the operational running of our Flexible Office building. Following on from this, I wanted a new challenge within the Sales team and became Citibase's Broker Channel Manager. My main responsibility is nurturing the relationships with our new and existing Broker and Agent partners - of which we have over 150! No two days are the same and my day-to-day ranges from regular reporting to arranging exciting events to showcase our Centres and what we have to offer.
