Coach Sarah lives with her husband, Mike, and two children, Ainsley and Jaxon, in New Hudson. They have one dog, Tucker. She enjoys golf, Harry Potter, and spending time with her family. She is a Business Development Manager at Title Partners of Michigan, LLC, and is heavily involved in the real estate community.
Coach Sarah has been a gymnast since the age of 7. She started coaching gymnastics at 16, and continued to do so until a brief retirement in 2013. She graduated from Livonia Churchill High School, where she ended up coaching Sideline and Competitive Cheerleading for 10 years. She worked at Livonia Ultimate Gymnastics through her college years, and was the head coach for the Livonia Unified Middle School Cheerleading Team.
Coach Sarah attended the University of Michigan, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science, and a Minor in Management. She is a former Level 6 Co-Ed Worlds Cheerleading Champion, and a former Pistons Workforce Cheerleader. She began coaching at South Lyon High School in July of 2016.
Coach Sarah is very passionate about the sport, and enjoys watching her athletes succeed, grow, learn, and develop into their adulthood. Other than her children, coaching is the most rewarding aspect of her life. These athletes become family, and she is proud to be part of the South Lyon Cheerleading Program.

Coach Sydney is a former 4-Year Letter winner as a South Lyon Cheerleader, Captain, and is now a wonderful asset to the Cheerleading Program as a Coach. She has been the only athlete to ever receive 2 "MVP" awards from the South Lyon Cheer program. She provides vast knowledge and experience from her cheer career at South Lyon. She is a former 10-year gymnast, and also participated in Tennis at SLHS.
Coach Sydney is currently attending Specs Howard School of Media Arts, with a focus in broadcast media. She has coached pre-team gymnastics and has been part of the Panthers coaching staff. She began coaching at South Lyon in August of 2019.
Coach Sydney lives in South Lyon with her family, and has two dogs. She loves, scary movies, Jeffree Star and of course, cheerleading. She is extremely excited and enthusiastic about this sport, and loves being part of the South Lyon Cheerleading Program. Her vast knowledge will be a fantastic asset to the program and success of the athletes!
