T4TCapital is a values-driven company and these values have been established over the past 13 years of operation by our Founder and CEO, Brad Gilbert. Back in 2010 Brad had a vision to build the best trading team globally, that could take advantage in upswing or downswing markets across all asset classes. The aim was to draw talent from across the globe & give everyday people the opportunity to trade for a living... We have made Diversity and Inclusion our core pillars and developed a plan to proactively source diverse traders and expand our recruitment network into all Asset classes.
