Tri-Star Gymnastics was founded in 1993 by Alfredo Martinez. Our greatest mission is to play a constructive role in the development of healthy, confident, disciplined, and responsible individuals while ensuring safety in a fun and family-oriented atmosphere. We strive to bring the best out of each and every individual that we encounter and also by creating a sense of family that everyone at Tri-Star is a part of... At Tri-Star Gymnastics we teach the basic building blocks necessary for a lifetime of physical fitness and health. The skills of flexibility, strength, rolling, running, and jumping that are integral parts of gymnastics serve as the foundation for performing well in other sports. These attributes make gymnastics a great core sport that all athletes can continue to build upon. Gymnastics is also a great vehicle to help build self-confidence while staying fit and having fun.
