UserCentrico provides rapid user research services to help small teams conceptualise and craft new digital services. Methods we use include: stratified-purposive sampling, semi-structured interviewing, user shadowing and participant observation, user segmentation and profiling, user needs analysis and user story writing, user journey mapping, co-creation workshops, guerrilla and lab usability testing, and web analytics... We collaborate with Product Owners, Service Designers, Interaction Designers, Content Designers, Delivery Managers, and others to research and develop new digital services.
