We believe that traditional re-engineering offers very little value in todays' rapidly evolving digital world. Fixing a form or a sub process without an ETE view of the client journey or the employee experience is a waste of precious resources and time. We lead with analytics and insight and look at the whole process and all of its operating dimensions (strategy, policy, capability, org design, tools and technology). We leverage an outside-in perspective (i.e. starting with the client experience), whereas traditional BPR starts with an inside-out perspective. Our approach addresses ETE issues and discuss those issues in the context of the ETE journey and employee experience. We are highly collaborative and effective at enabling difficult conversations driven by analytics based insight.
