Andrew Hardy

Background Andrew did his law degree at Southampton University and completed his postgraduate studies within the College of Law in Chester. Andrew qualified in 1979 and has been at Seymours since its merge with Rolland & Hollick in the mid-90s. Andrew has over 40 years experience.

Danielle Cawley

Job Titles:

Background Danielle joined Seymours in 2002 after completing her GCSE's and a year course at Warwickshire College. Danielle started with the firm as an Office Junior and after around 12 months progressed to become a floating secretary where she worked in numerous departments providing holiday cover and then became a permanent secretary to one of our Directors, Andrew Hardy. Danielle worked for Andrew for a number of years before we converted to a typing pool and in 2016 accepted the position with the firm as Office Manager.

Harpreet Matharu

Background Harpreet is a paralegal and assists the fee earners with their caseload in the Property department which deals with all types of residential conveyancing matters. She has been working in property law for almost 6 years plus, as well as working in property law, she also has vast knowledge and experience in private client work, including the drafting of Wills and Trusts, LPA's and also transferring properties into Trusts. Harpreet has gained her Law degree at Derby University in 2007, and then completed her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent Law School.

Poonam Patel

Background: Poonam joined the Private Client department at Seymours in July 2022 as Private Client Assistant, having previously worked for one of the UK's largest providers of Probate and Estate Administration Services. Poonam has worked in Probate and Estate Administration for over 9 years and has extensive knowledge and experience. She gained her Law Degree in 2010 from De Montfort University and then gained a Masters in Law in 2011 from the University of Leicester. Poonam enjoys spending time with her family and friends and if there is any spare time with her two young children - reading!

Rob Fardoe

Background Rob studied Law at Liverpool University and then went on to complete his LPC with the College of Law in Guildford. He specialises in all aspects of Property Law having gained a wide experience in such matters since his admission in 1975. Rob has over 40 years experience in dealing with a variety of commercial property and residential conveyancing transactions, both freehold and leasehold including lease extensions. He also has 30 years of experience in dealing with probate and estate matters. Rob is well known in the Coventry and Warwickshire area for his pragmatic and practical approach to his work and some older locals will remember him as a player at Coventry Rugby Club.

Shaun Fleming

Simon Newbold

Simon obtained his law degree from Aberystwyth University and went on to complete his postgraduate qualifications at the College of Law in Chester. He qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and joined Seymours in 2014 as a Consultant Solicitor. He has over 30 years experience in advising business clients in commercial and company law, commercial property and licensing law, amongst other areas. In particular, Simon has substantial experience in the sale and purchase of businesses and commercial property. Simon is responsible for delivering civil litigation advice at Seymours, including complex commercial disputes and employment tribunal matters. He has done in excess of 600 commercial debt collection cases and advised on over 1000 settlement agreements.

Sunny Sidhu

Background: Sunny qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and acts on behalf of clients in respect of matrimonial and children matters, including disputes over parental responsibility, co-habitation matters, separation agreement, injunction proceedings, pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements. Sunny has a wealth of experience in all aspects of family law regardless of the complexity. Heroutinely attends court hearings to represent his clients in financial and children's proceedings. Sunny is also a member of Resolution and Dementia Friends.
