John Stephenson has over 35 years in the Construction ndustry. After serving a recognised Apprenticeship as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, achieving City & Guilds Advanced accreditation, work commenced on new build housing schemes in the North West of England. Returned back to full time study for The Institute of Clerks of Works finals l & ll. Upon completion of the ICW course, a Clerk of Works position was obtained in the City of London for an Architects practice, working on high profile office developments for a major city Client.
