Jenn Jones Property Management, formerly Ryan Property Management, is one of the longest surviving property management businesses in town having started in Onehunga in 1991 before moving to Royal Oak in 1994. In fact, we still manage properties that we started with in 1991. As a boutique, independant business, we offer a hands on, personalised and professional property management service to property owners within Auckland, New Zealand & overseas. As well as residential & commercial property management, we rent out properties on behalf of landlords, managing these houses & apartments professionally to maximise our client's property value. Most of the properties in our portfolio have been managed by our company for over 10 years & our team of employees are very experienced in all aspects of property management & rentals given our company history & long working relationships.
