Alan G. Spoon has served as Partner Emeritus of Polaris Partners since January 2015 and previously served as Managing General Partner of Polaris Partners from 2000 to 2010. Polaris Partners is a private investment firm that provides venture capital and management assistance to development-stage information technology and life sciences companies. Mr. Spoon was Chief Operating Officer and a director of The Washington Post Company (now known as Graham Holdings Company) from March 1991 through May 2000 and served as President from September 1993 through May 2000. Prior to his service in these roles, he held a wide variety of positions at The Washington Post Company, including President of Newsweek from September 1989 to May 1991.
Mr. Spoon has served as a member of the boards of directors of IAC since February 2003, Danaher Corporation since July 1999, CableOne since July 2015 and as Chairman of the board of directors of Fortive Corporation since July 2016. In his not-for-profit affiliations, Mr. Spoon was a member of the Board of Regents at the Smithsonian Institution (formerly Vice Chairman) and is now a member of the MIT Corporation (and its Executive Committee). Ann McDaniel currently serves as a consultant to Graham Holdings Company and previously served as Senior Vice President of Graham Holdings Company (and its predecessor companies) from June 2008 to April 2015. Prior to that time, Ms. McDaniel served as Vice President-Human Resources of Graham Holdings Company from September 2001. Bernard Kim is the Chief Executive Officer of Match Group. With over 20 years of leadership in the mobile, entertainment and gaming industries, Bernard most recently served as Zynga's President.
At Zynga, Bernard oversaw how the company connected the world through games. He built and led a global team that was responsible for Zynga's marketing, user acquisition, ad monetization, revenue, communications, consumer insights, data science, product management, business development, partnerships, M&A and player network.
Bernard was instrumental in Zynga's turnaround and helped drive the company's player engagement and monetization strategies, which is the pinnacle of live services in mobile technology today. Bernard helped grow Zynga's market cap by 300%, navigating unprecedented market conditions while expanding to new platforms, markets and audiences. Bernard led Zynga's groundbreaking acquisitions and was pivotal in the company's expansion to new markets such as blockchain gaming and hyper-casual as well as new platforms like the Nintendo Switch, Snapchat and smart home devices. In 2020, he was honored as a ‘Mobile Legend' at Pocket Gamer's Mobile Games Awards.
Prior to joining Zynga, Bernard spent nearly 10 years at Electronic Arts Inc., as the company's Senior Vice President of Mobile Publishing. In that role, he oversaw EA's mobile distribution, strategy, product management, analytics, network engagement, marketing, revenue demand planning, business development, third-party publishing, and mergers & acquisitions. During his tenure at EA, Bernard also led EA's games division in Asia and helped bring EA franchises to billions of players.
Before joining EA, Bernard served as Director of Sales and Channel Strategy at The Walt Disney Company, where he led sales and retail for Disney Mobile.
Bernard holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Economics and Communications from Boston College.

Glenn H. Schiffman has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fanatics, Inc., a global digital sports platform, since August 2021. As Chief Financial Officer of Fanatics, Glenn is responsible for a broad set of financial and corporate functions across the entire Fanatics global enterprise, including corporate finance, M&A, treasury, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, accounting, information security, human resources, legal and corporate administration. Previously, Mr. Schiffman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IAC from April 2016 until August 2021 and as Chief Financial Officer of ANGI Inc. from September 2017 until August 2019 and February 2021 until July 2021.
Prior to joining IAC, Mr. Schiffman served as Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets business of Guggenheim Partners, since March 2013. Prior to his tenure at Guggenheim Securities, Mr. Schiffman was a partner at The Raine Group, a merchant bank focused on advising and investing in the technology, media and telecommunications industries, from September 2011 to March 2013. Prior to joining The Raine Group, Mr. Schiffman served as Co-Head of the Global Media group at Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2007 and Head of Investment Banking Asia-Pacific at Lehman Brothers (and subsequently Nomura) from April 2007 to January 2010, as well as Head of Investment Banking, Americas from January 2010 to April 2011 for Nomura. Mr. Schiffman's roles at Nomura followed Nomura's acquisition of Lehman's Asia business in 2008.
Mr. Schiffman has served on the board of directors of Angi (NASDAQ: ANGI) and Vimeo (NASDAQ: VMEO) since June 2017 and May 2021, respectively, including serving as Chairman of the Board of Vimeo since March 2023. Mr. Schiffman is a member of the National Committee on United States-China Relations and serves as a Member of the Duke Children's National Leadership Council.
In Mr. Schiffman's philanthropic efforts he focuses on endowing organizations and funding initiatives with permanent capital to make lasting change. He founded and is Chairman of the Valerie Fund Endowment, which supports children with cancer and blood disorders, created an Endowment at the Duke Medical Center to research and hopefully someday cure pediatric cancer, created an Endowment at Washington & Lee to support Women's Athletics and created an Endowment at Duke University to fund scholarships for athletes from underrepresented communities.
Mr. Schiffman has a degree in economics and history from Duke University. He was named Institutional Investor's CFO of the Year for the Midcap Internet Sector in 2018 and 2021.

Melissa Brenner currently serves as Executive Vice President, Digital Media for the National Basketball Association, where she leads the development, oversight and implementation of the NBA's global digital strategy and social media portfolio across multiple media platforms. Pamela Seymon was a partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, a New York law firm (‘‘WLRK''), from January 1989 to January 2011, and prior to that time, was an associate at WLRK from 1982. During her tenure at WLRK, Ms. Seymon specialized in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance, and represented public and private corporations on offense as well as defense, in both friendly and unsolicited transactions. Sharmistha Dubey previously served as CEO of Match Group from 2020-2022, overseeing the portfolio of brands including Tinder, Match, Meetic, OkCupid, Hinge, Pairs, Hyperconnect and PlentyOfFish. Shar has been recognized as one of Fortune's Most Powerful Women and was one of only 31 women leading an S&P 500 company at the time.
From 2018-2020 she served as Match Group's President, overseeing all strategy, research & development and innovations across the portfolio. She also served as Chief Operating Officer of Tinder, where she led the team that launched Tinder Gold, a subscription product that has established Tinder as the highest-grossing non-gaming app globally.
Shar has also served in various roles across the portfolio, including President of Match Group Americas, overseeing all product, engineering and revenue functions at the portfolio's domestic brands, Chief Product Officer of Match, and Chief Product Officer and EVP of The Princeton Review. Spencer Rascoff co-founded Zillow and served as its CEO for a decade. During Mr. Rascoff's time as CEO, Zillow won dozens of "best places to work" awards as it grew to over 4,500 employees, $3 billion in revenue and $10 billion in market capitalization. Prior to Zillow, Mr. Rascoff co-founded and was VP, Corporate Development of Hotwire, which was sold to Expedia for $685 million in 2003. Mr. Rascoff is co-founder and Chair of Pacaso, a marketplace for vacation home ownership, as well as founder of several early-stage startups. Mr. Rascoff is an angel investor in more than 50 companies through his startup studio and venture capital firm, 75 & Sunny Ventures. Mr. Rascoff is also a visiting professor at Harvard where he teaches classes on entrepreneurship and startups. Mr. Rascoff graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor's degree in Government.

Stephen Bailey currently serves as Founder and CEO of ExecOnline, a leading provider of B2B leadership development solutions through partnerships with the world's top business schools. Prior to ExecOnline, he served as the CEO and Chief Product Officer of Frontier Strategy Group (FSG), a software and information services business that Bailey grew from an early-stage start-up to a company that served nearly half the Fortune 500 across a range of international markets and business functions. Before joining FSG, Bailey was an associate in the venture capital and private equity group of WilmerHale. He is the Board Chair of the Truman Center for National Policy and a member of the Board of Prospect Schools, a charter school network in New York City.

Thomas J. McInerney has been a director of Match Group since November 2015 and has served as Chairman of the Board of Match Group since June 2021.
Mr. McInerney previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Altaba Inc., a publicly traded registered investment company and the successor company to Yahoo! Inc., from June 2017 to December 2021 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IAC from January 2005 to March 2012. She is the co-founder and board member of Artsy, an online platform for collecting, discovering and selling art that partners with over 4,000 art museums, galleries, art fairs and auction houses. Murdoch has also worked as an advisor for News Corporation's businesses and investments in China. She has used her business expertise to invest in companies in Asia and the U.S. Murdoch is an award-winning producer and produced the Netflix documentary "Sky Ladder," which premiered at the 2016 Sundance Film Festival.
