Don L. Ross

Mr. Ross is a frequent lecturer before professional and civil groups on estate planning and taxation matters.

Jason C. Morris

Mr. Morris works extensively within the field of estate planning. He represents families, couples and individuals in crafting wills and trusts. He represents clients in probate, estate and trust administration. In addition, he develops and implements gift and estate tax saving strategies. Since 2013, Mr. Morris has been named Legal Elite by Nevada Business Magazine for his work in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. Mr. Morris was also named one of the "Best Up and Coming" attorneys in Nevada. Annually, since 2013, Super Lawyers has named Mr. Morris a "Rising Star" in the Estate Planning and Probate section. Mr. Morris also advises clients on real property matters. He has presented to various legal and professional groups on the tax and legal ramifications from short sales and foreclosures. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accountancy with a taxation emphasis from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. In 2007, he graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University cum laude and was an editor of the law review. Mr. Morris enjoys serving the Reno-Sparks community through various community and professional organizations. He is the Chair of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society for Northern Nevada and Secretary of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Northern Nevada. He is a member of the Reno South Rotary Club, the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada and the Prospector's Club. He volunteered as a ski instructor for the Sky Tavern Junior Ski program. Mr. Morris is the former Treasurer and Board Member of the Reno Chamber Orchestra. In 2008, Washoe Legal Services acknowledged his charitable legal work by giving him the Outstanding Pro Bono Services award.

S. Timothy Summers

Timothy Summers is an associate and practices primarily in the area of estate planning. He represents families, couples and individuals in crafting wills and trusts. He represents clients in probate, estate and trust administration. Having appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts within Nevada, Mr. Summers has provided legal counsel to clientele on the creation, performance, and remediation of their contractual relationships in the general business, commercial, and corporate context. Mr. Summers has also participated in all stages of civil litigation, trial and post-trial, judgment enforcement and debt collection, appellate practice, mediation and settlement negotiations.

Sharon M. Jannuzzi

Sharon M. Jannuzzi practices in the areas of probate, trust and estate administration, probate litigation, will and trust contests and guardianships. She has handled numerous estate and probate matters of every size and level of complexity. She is a member of the Probate Bar Association of Washoe County. Ms. Jannuzzi also devotes a substantial portion of her practice to business law and civil litigation, with a particular focus on representing religious and charitable organizations. Her clients include the Diocese of Reno, Catholic Charities of Northern Nevada, Bishop Manogue High School, the Food Bank of Northern Nevada and others. She assists her corporate and religious clients in business and real estate transactions, employment and personnel matters, litigation and dispute resolution, and matters involving the intersection between church and state. She stays current on the wide variety of legal issues affecting religious organizations through her membership in the National Diocesan Attorneys Association. Prior to joining Woodburn and Wedge, Ms. Jannuzzi was a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Brent T. Adams of the Second Judicial District Court.
