Professional Experience
Alexander Fenech has joined PKF Malta as a Partner, in May 2008. This position entails managing auditing projects, overseeing projects to completion whilst complying with policies, procedures and international standards at all times.
Mr. Fenech has over thirty years of experience within the financial field and has over the years held various positions amongst which were managerial roles and acting as financial controller to companies and group companies. Alexander is a Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant & Auditor.

Dawn Camilleri Abela is a highly accomplished professional whose journey with PKF Malta began in February 2021, rising from Deputy Audit Manager to the role of Associate Partner. With over eight years of extensive audit experience, Dawn's commitment to precision and compliance has positioned her as a key driver of our success.

Donna Greaves Bonello is an audit partner at PKF Malta responsible of audit assignments, both of private companies as well as governmental entities and NGOs. She has also extensive experience in accounting and she also manages a portfolio of clients.
She holds the ACCA qualification, is a Certified Public Accountant, Registered Auditor and is a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. After successfully completing the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation with the Chartered Institute of Taxation (UK), she sought to expand her knowledge and expertise in the financial services.

Working at PKF Malta, she has been involved in enterprise operation at all stages from their incorporation, throughout their business operation and even at the final stages of an enterprise's existence. Also, she assists companies to understand local and international tax structures and align the tax function with business objectives.
Donna Greaves Bonello regularly attends conferences on Captives and Insurance, and is a member of PKF International's Committee on Indirect Taxation.

George Mangion FCCA CPA MA (Financial Services) is the senior partner and the head of the audit department at PKF Malta.
He has over thirty years experience in accounting, taxation, financial and consultancy services. His efforts have seen that PKF has been instrumental in establishing many e-Commerce and international trading companies in Malta and has developed relationships with market leaders in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, USA, Belgium, Italy and Scandinavian countries.
George Mangion has also lectured and delivered presentations at numerous seminars and conferences worldwide on subjects relating to a wide range of topics including taxation, auditing and captive insurance.

On the 15th July 2004, Pierre Mangion was appointed Partner in terms of the Accountancy Profession Act.
Pierre Mangion joined PKF Malta in 1993 as a junior audit clerk. He was responsible for planning and evaluating audit programmes for various public sector clients in Malta and abroad. He also specialised in local council audits.
From 2003, Pierre Mangion has been leading the iGaming business section within PKF Malta. During this time he managed various projects for prestigious international operators including multi-jurisdiction i-gaming license procurement, corporate restructuring, and various other consulting projects.
Pierre who also holds a Masters Degree from Grenoble University in e-Business, he has attended overseas residential professional courses in subjects such as assurance and assessment of audit risks. He is active in a number of professional circles and regularly delivers talks at seminars and conferences on ICT and I-Gaming related subjects.

Rowen Bonello began his professional journey with PKF Malta as an intern in 2013. He later joined as an audit and non-assurance assistant while pursuing the ACCA qualification on a part-time basis. In 2023, he earned the position of Associate Partner within the firm.

With 10 years of professional experience, he currently leads and manages a diverse portfolio of audit engagements including insurance companies, investment firms, iGaming companies, as well as governmental entities and NGOs. He also specialises in internal audit, cost-benefit analysis, business valuations, and financial planning and analysis.
As a Certified Public Accountant with a practising certificate in auditing, Rowen regularly attends conferences on insurance and financial services, both locally and abroad. His passion is to stay abreast of new market developments and key business trends.
