Chetan has 18 years' experience in Finance and Operations and have been associated with Investment Banks & IT firms with expertise in Program management, Transitions, Site governance & administration, Vendor management and have consistently rated as a People's Manager.
Dibyendu is responsible for Phoenix integration related projects. He has around 18 years of experience and in past has worked with Logistics and product based industries.
Hemant is overall responsible for Phoenix product and key development projects. He brings with him 13 years of experience and in past has worked with Logistic product based companies.
Monika is overall responsible for managing the HR and admin Operations at Scan-IT. She has around 12 years of experience in the IT industry in different roles primarily talent management, talent acquisition and HR.

Sai has been a part of the group for the last 9 years. He is a Masters in Financial Management with an expertise in Software development and implementation for over 20 years across BFSI, Telecom and Logistic industry.
Varun has 15 years of experience in the IT Industry spanning across Software Development, Client management and Technical Support working with multinational companies for many products.
