We specialize in European style breads since the owner and his family came from Europe to continue a long family tradition of creating artisan breads. Our company is not a factory that makes products on an assembly line. Our breads are carefully crafted by the hands of the experienced bakers. We use basic, natural ingredients; there are no preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors or trans fats in our products...
