THE YOGA-LOUNGE

Since opening the Yoga-Lounge our community has thrived. We are growing steadily into a wonderful group of like minded people... I am privileged to be the owner of The Yoga-Lounge near Thorpe Green, Egham. My studio offers small-group and one-to-one classes in the ancient practice of Yoga, and relatively modern practice of Pilates. We also offer relaxation classes as well as retreats and workshops... Yoga is a broad church, spanning many styles and belief systems. We offer a variety of class types at the Yoga-Lounge. All classes are aimed at being enjoyable and safe, and you are encouraged to progress and develop your practice at your own pace. You don't need any experience or equipment to join a class at The Yoga-Lounge. All Yoga classes are of Mixed Ability.
