Charles H. Von Stein, Lee T. Von Stein and Gloria Von Stein ran the business for thirty years. Today, the company remains a family owned business with the grandson of the founder, Kirk von Stein, managing the enterprise.
Dana McCall joined the team at Charles A. Von Stein Inc. maintenance department in 2021. She strives to make a difference with quick and courteous responses to each tenant's maintenance requests. Dana also assists in tracking and managing our many vendors working on-site at various properties. Her position at CAVS has her as the bridge between tenant requests and request completion through a vendor.
During her downtime, Dana is outside and enjoys working in her yard or experimenting in the kitchen.
Daniel McCormick has been in the information technology field for over 12 years. He joined Charles A. Von Stein, Inc. in early 2022. Daniel is the IT Director and manages all things IT-related. He has experience in writing in multiple programming languages, maintaining servers, network security, and systems administration.
When away from the office, Daniel is either playing video games with his wife and two kids, enjoying some fishing, or reading some technology-related research papers.

Jessica Kendrick joined Charles A. Von Stein, Inc. in 2018 as Maintenance Director and Building Administrator. She is the Chief Operating Officer and supervises the Maintenance Department and Renovations of all 50+ commercial properties. Also, she oversees all priority day-to-day tasks throughout the entire team. Jessica brings with her 20 years of expertise in construction. Before joining Charles A. von Stein, Inc., she managed many new construction and renovation projects with a flooring company in Tampa, Florida & Columbus, Ohio. Jessica has experience as a property management assistant for low-income housing as well.
Jessica has called Vero Beach her home for the past 12 years. She is in the process of working on her Real Estate License and constantly must keep up with her four sons. She enjoys small-town life, outdoor activities, and sports.

Kirk Von Stein is the President of Charles A. Von Stein, Inc. with thirty years of property management, sales and leasing experience. Kirk is the third generation in the family business of commercial real estate brokerage, management and leasing. Kirk has taken the company in the direction of redevelopment of troubled properties along the East Coast of Central Florida after moving the company from South Florida. Kirk has a strong and diversified educational background as indicated below.
Laura has been with Charles A Von Stein, Inc. for over a year in the accounting department and has assisted the leasing department when needed. She has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1984, from Time Share Administration and Sales, Residential Homes Sales to Residential and Commercial Property Management.
Laura is married with 5 children, 5 grandchildren, and another on the way at the end of the year. Laura enjoys spending time with her family, especially on the water. She grew up in Melbourne, Florida, and loves the outdoors.

Samuel is the Leasing Director with Charles A. Von Stein Inc and has been with CAVS for over Three Years. He is responsible for managing the growth of property portfolios and processing the lease requirements of multiple properties for potential renters. Samuel has extensive experience and relationships within the community as he ran a non-profit for five years. Samuel has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Space Coast Association of REALTORS.
In his free time, he's with his family and watching his Miami Dolphins.
Prior to joining the accounting staff at Charles A. Von Stein, Inc., Scott taught music theory at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, and Tarrant County Community College, Northeast in Hurst, Texas; and vocal music at J.L. Long Middle School in Dallas, Texas. He also has many years of experience in both retail and hospitality services. After completing his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, Scott accepted the role of Staff Accountant at Charles A. Von Stein, Inc. and quickly worked his way up to the Senior Accountant position. Scott's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, and many other accounting duties.
Scott enjoys reading and watching sports with his two children. He can also spin a good fishing tale after spending a few hours on the water.

Victoria is the Leasing Administrator with Charles A. Von Stein, Inc. She is responsible for maintaining tenant relations, creating new leases, processing renewals and reports. She also interprets executed lease documents and inputs them into the database. She has a background in residential real estate and is a member of the Broward, Palm Beaches, & St. Lucie Realtors and the Space Coast Association of REALTORS.
Victoria enjoys spending time with her family and participating in outdoor activities.
