John's detailed knowledge of the captive insurance industry is a particular strength within the Sydney Charles organisation. He is a qualified accountant who spent nearly two decades in captive insurance. John's expertise also incorporates investment and compliance.
Marilyn has been with Sydney Charles since it was incorporated in 2006, she is a Chartered Insurance Broker and holds the Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII).
Marilyn is authorised to provide advice on all general insurance products and is based at the Group's central St Peter Port offices, she regularly communicates with clients around the globe and derives satisfaction from creating specialist cover for their particular circumstances.
Services including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers, High Net Worth Portfolios, Aviation, Kidnap & Ransom and a broad range of general insurance areas are handled by Marilyn.
Philip Lepp - Chairman, Managing Director

Since leaving the Army and his spell of active service in the Gulf, Philip Lepp has spent more than two decades handling the complex insurance requirements of clients with global lifestyles.
He founded Sydney Charles on the guiding principal that clients deserved the highest levels of service, and should enjoy the benefit of the company's ability to streamline intricate business and personal insurance requirements.

Vince has over 30 years financial services experience having worked for large Life and pension companies as well as specialist investment companies in the UK.
Vince has worked closely with the financial services sector in Guernsey assisting intermediaries find pension and investment solutions for their clients.
In Vince's role at Sydney Charles he will now be assisting Sydney Charles clients in all areas of their financial planning. Vince holds the level 4 Diploma in financial planning.
