Best part of your job? I love everything about my job, from meeting new people to agreeing sales. The best thing is seeing the smiles on people's faces and knowing we have done our job!
What is your experience? I've been working at John German since February 2024, I'm new to this sector but so far I'm absolutely loving it!

What is your experience? Numbers have always been my thing. I started in accounts 28 years ago, worked through AAT and CIMA in various industries, and enjoyed a variety of roles in that time.
What is your experience? I have worked in the industry for 21 years in Loughborough and have also lived locally all of my life so I know the area very well!
The best part of job? Helping people achieve their dream move. I like to exceed people's expectations and make the process as easy as possible for them. I love it when they collect the keys on completion day!

Time at John German? I joined John German in April 2007. Favourite part of your job? Being out and about looking at lots of different houses. What would be your dream home? Anything with a sea view and beach would be good.

What is your experience? A blend of estate agency working as Sales Negotiator and owning my own business in the online marketing space for the past 10 years. I have also worked in film, television and theatre as a Producer so my background is quite varied!
What is your experience? I have always had a passion for property, before this role, I worked for a property management company. I have only recently started my new venture in Estate Agency.
The best part of your job? I love building relationships with both vendors and buyers. Selling or buying a property is probably one of the most stressful things you will ever do, but I love being able to help and be part of this process, to make it as less stressful as possible.

What is your experience? Nearly 30 years as a police officer and I have worked in Estate Agency for 3 years in a similar role.

What is your experience? I've had quite a varied career starting off in clerical/secretarial. I've also worked as a pharmacy technician for some time, moved over to healthcare with the elderly and mentally ill, which was very rewarding. From there I worked in my local hospice in palliative care. More recently I worked in my local secondary school organising and setting up for the exams.

What is your experience? I have recently come back to the property industry after being away for about four years. I previously worked in the Nottingham area with another agent and enjoyed the fast-paced environment.
The best part of your job? My favourite part of the job has always been building relationships with the clients, helping to guide them through the ‘sometimes stressful' process of moving. I have the privilege of selling some stunning properties and helping some lovely people. I am aware that, to the client, their home is not just their most expensive asset but also a home where they have created family memories for life.

The best part of your job? I love helping my customers to move, but the best part is definitely supporting first time buyers! It is always an emotional transaction and the hard work pays off the day they finally move to their first home. Nothing can beat the moment you collect your first set of keys.

Top tip for buyer or seller? Trust me is the best tip I can give to you. Although at times selling or buying is stressful. I will always do my very best for you with as little stress as possible.

What is your experience? As a retired police officer, I have had over 30 years experience of dealing with a wide variety of people, dealing with their individual needs and requirements. Having recently joined the John German Team I intend to carry on with these values, by helping and advising our customers, making their overall experience of the house move process as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

For those selling a property, put your trust in an established local estate agent with a successful track record, one who will guide you professionally through the whole process from the initial valuation to a successful completion. If you are looking for a new home or investment property, establish a rapport with your local estate agents. The more they know about you and your search the higher chance you will have finding your perfect home or investment. Also take financial advice early on to help with your purchase.
