George Wilkinson

A professional lifetime in law, wide experience in a range of non-executive director, chair, and trustee roles, and extensive research with partners in a number of the UK's leading law firms, have given George a real world understanding of the opportunities and challenges involved in a wide variety of career transitions. George brings to each coaching engagement a practical and effective approach that is grounded in his deep knowledge of and his own experience both in and working for professional services firms. Alongside working with Milestones and acting as a mentor to young lawyers, George chairs Bridge Support, a South East London based charity supporting people with long-term mental health conditions in the community, and is a trustee of Careif, a London based mental health charity supporting people and communities across the world to share knowledge to improve services.

Jane Harris

As a Business Psychologist, Jane has for over 15 years specialised in coaching individuals to successfully manage their career transitions, including promotion, a new leadership role, seeking a better work life balance, changing career, building personal resilience, and retirement. Having held senior management and board level roles, Jane has the experience and credibility to challenge, engage and support clients to be at their best. For more than 10 years she has been a member of the School of Management at Cranfield University, involved in their Leadership Assessment and Development centres for their MBA and EMBA students. Jane recognises the importance of gaining genuine commitment to the coaching process early on and she brings an energy to each engagement that enables individuals to explore, discover and realise their potential.

Nick Holt

With a career spanning more than 35 years in both the law and the wider business world, Nick has gained extensive leadership experience as a law firm managing partner, as CEO of a stockbroking firm, lead partner in an executive search firm, and as a main board PLC director. Nick has also chaired a not for profit amenity society and has worked in both small start-ups and large international businesses, in Europe and the Far East. Nick now specialises in coaching senior professionals and business executives, preparing leaders and high potential individuals for the challenges they face, giving them the space and the challenge they need to thrive. He is valued for his personable approach, commercial acumen and his ability to help clients build confidence and resilience. He also works with boards and partnership management teams through periods of change. Nick has a particular interest in supporting professionals at times of transition, to unlock potential beyond the bounds of what they may see as possible.

Tim Musgrave

Tim has been coaching senior executives in professional services firms, and the City more broadly, since 2012, helping them address the unique professional and personal challenges that each faces. He particularly enjoys getting to grips with the specific needs of each individual (and their firm where appropriate) for career reorientation is always complex and subtle. Passionate about helping them to better understand their fundamental motives and interests, Tim is also a pragmatist and only satisfied if we are able to achieve practical, tangible outcomes. With a 30 year career in the City, most recently on secondment to a Milestones client as Chief of Staff for a pension consolidator, and active interests in a variety of executive, non-executive and advisory roles, Tim brings an intimate understanding of the challenges of juggling a portfolio of competing interests.
