Adam Docker

Adam Docker is one of the founding partners of Red Earth Studio and provides over 20 years of film making experience. He has a highly cinematic approach, preferring powerful imagery over words to drive a story and emotional reaction. Alongside the jaw-dropping visuals in Adam's work, he has an attuned sensitivity to capturing the nuances of human expression to shape the connection with his audience. Adam is a highly intuitive and fast-thinking filmmaker with a track record of spotting new creative opportunities on shoots to enhance story meaning and impact.

Christopher Gaunt

London native, Chris studied fine arts in Manchester and has always maintained a love for painting, mark making and the whole print process. This has transferred to the way he sees images through the eyepiece of a camera, creating arresting visuals with a strong emotional core. He cut his teeth learning about documentary making at MTV for 5 years mainly based around music and sporting events. This took him into the music genre shooting performances and short stories with various bands and artists around the world including Rihanna, Kasabian and Dizzee Rascal. His Directing style has seen him move towards more branded content working for some of the worlds biggest brands including Sony, HTC, Adidas and Converse. One of his fashion films ‘This is not a suit' shot exclusively for men's fashion week was nominated in the best short film category at the Sundance film festival. He recently directed a short film for Converse (Chuck Tailors) which has been entered into this years Cannes digital short film festival. "I like to fuse the look of my films around story telling using documentary techniques, based on realism with a cinematic feel towards composition and colour."

David Hale

James Anderson

James is a multi-award winning filmmaker and director, originally from New Zealand now based in New York City. Over the last 20 years James' work has spanned the globe, directing primetime reality television, scripted comedy, documentaries, music videos, branded content and commercial spots for some of the worlds biggest brands. He tells stories that have oodles of heart, a splash of humor and visually tickle your eyeballs too. He's made international commercials with world-champion sports teams, television series with high-rating presenters and documentaries featuring legendary musicians and comedians. James also has a background in production so comes with a good understanding of every side of the industry. From creative, pitching, scripting, budgeting, producing and editing to final delivery, he get what it takes to make engaging, beautiful content in today's market. Over the last 5 years, James been working as a Commercial Director making branded content, commercials and online content series for kick-ass brands such as Volcom, Adidas, 42Below, H&M, KFC, Wendy's, Red Bull, Gatorade, AIG, and Hyundai to name a few. He has has a special association with the world champion All Blacks rugby team, having directing a large number of their sponsors commercial spots and jersey launch videos for the last 5 years.

MARK FAGELSON STILLS

Mark Fagelson is one of the UKs leading automotive photographers. From an early background in editorial, shooting for Car Magazine and Top Gear, Mark has built up an enviable client list and today works with agencies and manufacturers worldwide to produce stunning marketing and advertising images with an instantly recognisable visual style and energy.

Nathan Gallagher

Nathan Gallagher's work captures movement in an intriguing way that builds a bond between the viewer and the people he features. His positive energy and clarity of vision inspires ‘that special something' to unfold in front of the lens. Nathan's early career as an action sports photographer has given him an intuitive eye for capturing the beauty in movement as well as hands-on technical experience to get the best from each moment and the team around him on set.

Philip Clyde-Smith

Philip is an award winning freelance film director and editor who has directed a range of content including music videos, commercials and branded content. He is a strong visual storyteller, utilising the skills he has learnt as an editor. He is creative yet efficient and calm yet confident on set whether directing a high end commercial with talent or an intimate and sensitive interview with real people for branded content. He takes a lot of satisfaction from the variety of his work and always gives every job everything he has resulting in regular repeat commissions from clients. He has also recently moved into fiction based film making with three successful short films last year and is currently looking to develop a feature.

Richard Mullane

Richard Mullane is a London-based film director with over 10 years experience creating commercials, digital, documentary and short films. His obsessions lie in moving story telling, powerful aesthetics and drawing out brilliant content from non-acting and acting talent, be they sports stars or regular folk. He has a track record of creating content for highly effective campaigns from TV spots to short form and VR / 360 experiences and won the BT Sports Industry Awards International Campaign of the year 2017. Richard has shot across the world from Maui to Helsinki, Kuwait and Beijing for clients including Standard Chartered, Santander, The Royal Navy, Paul Smith, Delta Airlines, Microsoft, The Economist, Pernod Ricard and Standard Life.

Sean Rodrigo
