Philip is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
He cut his teeth as European Project Manager and then as Finance Director within the Ever Ready Batteries Group, before becoming Chief Operating Officer of a diversified print group, responsible for the buying and selling of owner managed print companies.
In 1991, Philip formed Manetti Young, focusing on the media and marketing industry advising on strategy formulation, cash management, profit improvement and corporate restructuring. More recently, Philip has been asked to advise on numerous acquisitions and divestments of agencies nationwide.
Valini is a Certified Chartered Accountant with an MBA from London Business School.
She developed her career in project finance and investment banking in the City, before controlling aid projects in Latin America for the International American Development Bank in Washington. Valini is a past president of the Certified Accountants Women's Society as well as a trustee of Panos, a charity promoting sustainable and equitable development through dialogue and public debate in developing economies.
Valini joined Manetti Young in 1994 specialising in risk analysis, and her breadth of experience has been instrumental in the development of the practice's acquisition and divestment services.
