With a background in commercial banking and sales training David has a passion for helping people turn their dreams into reality. A hobby developing property using sustainable energy techniques over the past 15 years has now taken on a new dimension. He has a strong desire to help people to be more energy efficient whilst at the same time saving bottom line costs and reducing their carbon footprint.
Ian is our technical genius; he has been involved with thermal insulation and fluid mechanics for many years and has an in depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical design philosophy, dynamic thermal performance and thermal modelling. He obtained a wealth of experience both designing and commissioning renewable energy solutions. He is qualified as a mechanical Engineer and is a member of a number of professional bodies including ASHRA, CSA and CIBSE. His forward thinking approach enables him to design practical solutions to quite complex problems quickly and easily.More recently he has been developing Waste To Energy solutions, with the Birth of Biotechnical Energy, an Aerobic digestion to Energy solution, scaleable to suit small to large users.

Jim has been in the heating trade for 25 years and is experienced in all fields of heating methods. He holds a City & Guilds Certificate in heating and ventilation, arc and oxy/acet pipe welding and has been a qualified gas safe engineer for 15 years. His enthusiastic drive, combined with his knowledge and abilities makes him a competent and effective part of the team.
