ABC KEYSTONE

ABC Keystone is one of 68 Chapters Nationwide of the Associated Builders & Contractors... The Keystone Chapter was established in 1959, and now covers 33 counties in central Pennsylvania. ABC Keystone is presently headquartered in Manheim, Pennsylvania with a Nittany Valley office in Howard and a legislative office in Harrisburg... Most of ABC's Keystone's apprenticeship programs are 4-year endeavors in which apprentices have the opportunity to get paid while they learn. Our earn-while-you-learn approach starts at 60% the Journeyman's rate, with a 5% increase every 1000 hours (or six months' worth of training). A majority of our students are employed by local contractors, allowing them to get a head start on their careers while combining hands-on experience and a classroom environment.
