Philippa joined Christ Church in May 2021 as Development Director after working in the charity field for over 25 years. Nine of those years were spent as the Development Director at Jesus College, Oxford. Philippa has also held senior development roles at Radley College, the Zoological Society of London and Earthwatch Europe.
