Ivan Vashchynets is the Partner of ARBITRADE specializing in the area of civil law, commercial law, private international law, as well as IP law. Ivan has over 20 years of experience in litigation and international arbitration in high profile disputes. He is also engaged in scientific and teaching activities as an Associate Professor at the Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Ivan is a member of the Committee on Agrarian and Land law of the Ukrainian National Bar Association. Ivan authored a textbook on civil law and numerous articles on civil and commercial law, he also co-authored a number of monographs. Education Uzhhorod National University V.M. Pavlo Trytenichenko is the Managing partner of ARBITRADE focusing on Litigation, Asset Tracing and Restructuring as well as International Arbitration and Mediation. Pavlo has over 25 years of experience in litigation and has been involved in the most complex tax and commercial disputes, as well as white collar crime cases. He has extensive experience in advising on legal security for businesses, internal corporate investigations of possible violations, and compliance. Pavlo is a certified mediator.
