Job Titles:
- Co - Founder of Brit - Co Sponsors
Eric is the co-founder of Brit-Co Sponsors, which actively acquires industrial properties on behalf of its syndicate of investors. He personally heads the firm's asset management activities including being responsible for tenant relations, property management and leasing.
Eric has structured complex transactions involving construction, environmental and governmental issues. He successfully works with a wide range of tenants from local entrepreneurs to international corporations. Eric highly values his relationships with our excellent tenants.
Eric attended Tufts University. He spends time with his family in Deerfield and enjoys hockey and golf.
Job Titles:
- Asset Management / Compliance
Mark has been on our asset management team for 18 years. He is responsible for tenant/ contractor insurance compliance and providing investors with income tax reporting. Joel and Mark are brothers.
Peter has been the Controller for 20 years. His responsibilities include all aspects of accounting with regard to our tenants and investors.

- Acquisitions / Investor Relations
Sam is responsible for identifying properties to purchase. He also develops relationships with new investors and stays in touch with existing investors. Sam is Joel's son and Mark's nephew.
