Anna Banin

Anna is responsible for technology strategy, customer relations, and global marketing. She ensures constant focus on delivering exceptional user experience and translating customer needs to innovative online solutions. Anna began her career as a researcher of innovative solutions for telecommunication systems. Prior to joining Centauri Business Group, Anna worked with a wide range of technology companies as a consultant on marketing strategy development and customer relationship management. Anna's experience includes extensive work in customer-focused software solutions as well as functional analysis of online customer services. Anna holds Masters in Computer Sciences from the National Technical University of Ukraine (NTUU "KPI").

Baljeet Bilkhu

Baljeet Bilkhu has a wide range of experience as a software test lead and test manager. Baljeet's career includes more than sixteen years in information technology with a focus on testing, compliance, reporting and quality management. Baljeet is also a co-inventor of a patent related to automated testing (US Patent 7433804) and patent publication US 2007/0162548A1. David Smart

David has more than 30 years experience as an Auditor specializing in Security, Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental systems; senior management consulting; and optimization of Client resources. In the mid-90's, David launched his own Consulting company - Smart ISO Systems. David is a Lead Assessor for ISO 27000, ISO13485, ISO 9000, ISO14000 and OSHAS18000. His professional qualifications are; membership of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and the Association of Productivity Specialists. Dr. Gary Cort

Dr. Gary Cort , Ph.D, currently chairs ISO Technical Committee 176, which is responsible for the continued evolution of the ISO 9000 family of international quality management standards. Dr Cort is a principal at Exxeos Group, an alliance of international management consulting firms focused on operational excellence through flawless execution. He works with Fortune 500 companies throughout the world to dramatically improve operational effectiveness. Dr. Cort has more than 30 years of quality management experience specializing in software engineering, project management, configuration management, and metrics. Hemant Gham

Hemant Gham is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and a Director/Owner of an Enterprise Lean Six Sigma Management Consulting company. Hemant's areas of expertise include Strategic Planning, Business Process Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma. He has successfully deployed number of enterprise-level Lean Six Sigma programs in various companies as well as mentored and managed complex, large-scale cross-functional projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Change Acceleration Process in manufacturing, software, public sector, IT and telecommunication industries. Hemant spearheaded many initiatives that required detailed assessments at Strategy, Operations and Process levels. He initiated and managed several business transformations in leading private and public organizations. Hemant has been helping these organizations improve their business performance through incremental and radical changes to business processes. Hemant is also a facilitator and has experience building custom tools specific to program needs that enable smooth transition of a business from current state to new state. He has authored an Idea Management System that helps business leaders align and prioritize their mission critical projects and activities. Hemant has been an ASQ member since 2007.

Joyce Parsons

Joyce Parsons is a communications professional with extensive experience working with and improving the quality of hard and soft copy documents. An expert on technical and QMS documentation, Joyce also works on material from the marketing, academic, and retail communications sectors. With Joyce's particular expertise in standardization and quality methodologies, she is a champion for high-quality documentation across enterprise communities and nonprofit organizations. Joyce holds two Masters degrees and a Certificate in Adult Education. She is a member of the Society of Technical Communications and the Editors Association of Canada.

Natalia Scriabina

Natalia leads business sustainability and CSR training and consulting programs at Centauri Business groups Inc. which help businesses to plan and execute cross-functional sustainability initiatives embedded in operations. She also participates in the development of new Canadian standards as a member of the CSA Technical Committee 2061 Organizational Social Responsibility and Canadian Advisory Committee to ISO/TC 242 Energy Management. She has earned Master's degree in engineering sciences, automated control of electrical systems, from the National Technical University of Ukraine (NTUU "KPI") and is currently working on her PhD in Business Sustainability at the faculty of Environment and Resource Studies at the University of Waterloo (Canada). Natalia is an engaging public speaker and author of multiple publications.

Steve Rubens

Steve oversees planning and financial operations as well as legal and government relations at CBG Inc. Steve has a background in business strategy and consulting. He began his career at KPMG with a focus on strategic planning for international transactions. Steve has gained his experience in sustainability consulting through work for a European Fair Trade and in teaching sustainability business strategy at UCLA Extension. Steve holds a JD University of California, Hastings College of the Law and an MBA from University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.

Steve Zsivanov

Steve is a Professional Engineer and a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality, Membership Chair of Kitchener Chapter. He has more than 20 years of experience in implementing, managing and maintaining Quality Management Systems for a wide range of industries: automotive, aerospace and defense, manufacturing (precision machining, plastic injection moulding, assembly) and textile. Steve holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and is ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (ASQ CMQ), Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ CQE) and Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ CQA)
