Alan Robinson - VP

Alan Robinson joined RBC Wealth Management in 2006 as a regional equity analyst based in Seattle. He now co-manages the firm's guided portfolio of international stocks that trade on U.S. exchanges. He serves on RBC Wealth Management's Global Portfolio Advisory Committee (GPAC), which provides strategic analysis of financial markets and guidance on asset allocation and portfolio construction. As a committee member, Alan is responsible for currency strategy and market commentary. He also serves the firm's tactical portfolio and global stock portfolio committees. He speaks widely on a range of economic issues, and domestic and international stock market strategies. With more than three decades of experience in financial markets, Alan has worked in London and Hong Kong, where he traded currency and credit derivatives. He's also worked in Microsoft's treasury department. Prior to joining RBC, Alan was the director of research for Seattle-based investment bank Delafield Hambrecht Inc. Alan earned a bachelor's degree in physics from Imperial College, London, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Angie most recently served as head of Investment Solutions for U.S. Bank Wealth Management. In that role, she was responsible for investment product management, desktop tools and digital investment capabilities. She also oversaw the business line's mutual fund and insurance product distribution relationships. Prior to U.S. Bank, Angie held leadership positions at UBS and Piper Jaffray. She joined RBC Wealth Management in 2017. She sits on several industry roundtables and advisory boards and is often asked to contribute her expertise. Angie has authored numerous white papers, published articles and is active in the media and press. She has a passion for financial literacy and is a strong advocate for women and their financial success. Angie earned a bachelor's degree in business finance from San Jose State University and has completed coursework toward a master's in accounting from Santa Clara University. Ann Marie Vibert is managing director and head of Banking and Custody Solutions for RBC Wealth Management in the British Isles. Based in Jersey, she has overall responsibility for the delivery of treasury, custody and deposit taking activities. Prior to joining RBC in 2014, Ann Marie enjoyed a 30-year career with Standard Chartered, where she held a number of senior roles including head of Client Service, Europe and head of Client Infrastructure, Europe and Americas. She was also a member of the Channel Islands management committee. Ann Marie is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds the CISI Investment Advice Diploma. Her key areas of expertise include business transformation, client experience and strategic development. Most recently, Ann drove growth and innovation as head, advice and solutions at RBC Wealth Management-U.S., leading a team of over 200 professionals supporting financial advisors in providing holistic wealth management solutions to clients and delivering an exceptional, goals-based wealth management client experience. A leader committed to teamwork, mentoring and collaboration, Ann serves on RBC's Diversity Leadership Council and as executive sponsor of the firm's women's employee resource group. She's also a mentor in RBC's Diverse Perspectives Mentoring Program and in the Money Management Institute's (MMI) Gateway to Leadership Program. In her community, Ann currently serves on the board of the Minneapolis nonprofit WithAll, working to increase prevention of eating disorders, support recovery and promote legislative change. Vijay Parmar is president of RBC PH&N Investment Counsel within RBC's Wealth Management division. RBC PH&N Investment Counsel is one of Canada's premier investment counselling firms, providing investment management and integrated wealth management solutions exclusively to high-net-worth families, business owners and not-for-profit organizations. Vijay has gained more than 25 years of private client investment management, wealth planning and business management experience during his tenure with RBC PH&N Investment Counsel and RBC Dominion Securities. Prior to joining RBC, he worked in the financial services industry and was a small business owner. He also serves as co-president of RBC's Private Counsel (USA) business. Vijay serves as a trustee of the Charles Taylor Foundation and is a past board member of the Crescent School Foundation, RBC Global Asset Management and the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada - Pacific District. He also previously held leadership roles for RBC Wealth Management's fundraising efforts for the Employee Giving Campaign. Vijay holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia. His professional designations include Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).

Wayne joined RBC in 1987 in Alberta. Prior to his first executive appointment in 1999 as vice president, Sales Strategy, he held various administrative, human resource management and sales leadership roles throughout the Prairies, Montreal and Toronto. Wayne served as executive vice president, Retail Operations, and was a member of the Group Operating Committee charged with day-to-day management of RBC globally. Most recently, he was executive vice president and head of sales, responsible for leading RBC's personal and business sales force of 30,000 people across Canada.
