Antonio Flores, joined Cassiopea in 2018 as Associate Partner.
Antonio has spent most of its professional career abroad, first as Senior Consultant at the Milan and London headquarter of Coopers & Lybrand (currently PWC).
In 1993, following a job rotation programme in Goldman Sachs at the London office, he joined Morgan Grenfell and then Deutsche Bank, where he was Director into the Equity Capital Market as well as the Investment Banking division.

Federico joined Cassiopea Partners in 2021. His activities as a junior financial analyst include: financial analysis, valuation of target companies (modelling: DCF, comparable listed companies, precedent transactions analysis, preparation of business plan and LBO model), market analysis (industry trends, competition structure, potential buyers analysis) and preparation of Pitch Books to propose M&A deals to Italian S&MEs and private equity funds.
Federico graduated cum Laude in Accounting, Financial Management and Control at Bocconi University in 2021.

Giorgio joined Cassiopea Partners in June 2017 and, in addition to his position in Cassiopea Partners, he is founder and CEO of FINER S.r.l - Financial House for the Family Business founded in February 2014. FINER is an independent advisory firm that provides advice to entrepreneurial Italian families in the reorganization of the intra- family share capital, succession planning and separation between ownership of the share capital and company management.
Giorgio is a member of NedCommunity, the Association of independent directors.
