Andy Ortiz is senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Cedars-Sinai, where he is responsible for the strategy and implementation of human resources policies and programs. His work in developing a talent-driven culture helps balance growth initiatives and operational efficiencies to ensure that Cedars-Sinai remains a world-class healthcare organization. Reporting to the CEO, Andy serves as a trusted advisor to colleagues on the executive team, ensuring that initiatives align with Cedars-Sinai's mission, vision and goals. In his leadership capacity at Cedars-Sinai, Andy chairs the organization's Retirement Committee and is a member of the Executive Diversity & Inclusion Council. He supports the Board of Directors by staffing the Executive Personnel (compensation) Committee and the Nominating & Governance Committee. Andy joined Cedars-Sinai in 2016 after serving as senior vice president and chief people officer at Health Net, Inc. during its merger with Centene Corporation. At Health Net, Andy was responsible for strategy, policy development and administration of all aspects of human resources, including compensation, benefits, performance management and rewards, staffing, equal employment and diversity, leadership and talent development, organization effectiveness and change management. Prior to rejoining Health Net, Andy was the chief human resources officer at Western Dental Services/Brident and senior vice president of organization effectiveness for Warner Bros. Entertainment Group. He has held numerous leadership roles in a variety of industries, including healthcare, entertainment, financial services and automotive. Andy earned a Master of Arts in organizational leadership from Woodbury University and a Bachelor of Arts in speech communication from California State University, Fullerton. He is a certified executive coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation. Andy proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles LGBT Center, which provides services to more LGBT people than any other organization in the world.

Arthur J. Ochoa, JD About Us Our Leadership Arthur J. Ochoa, JD Arthur J. Ochoa is an accomplished healthcare executive, attorney and civic leader. As senior vice president of Advancement and chief advancement officer, he leads Cedars-Sinai's community engagement and development teams as well as co-leading its health equity efforts. He joined Cedars-Sinai in 2001. Prior to that, Ochoa practiced transactional and tax law for individual, corporate and nonprofit clients at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Irell & Manella LLP. In his time between college and law school, Ochoa began his career as an advocate and policy analyst in Washington, D.C. Ochoa's leadership roles include serving as board chair of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, an international professional organization dedicated to research and education in the field of healthcare fundraising. He is board president of Marlborough School, which was founded in 1889 and is the oldest independent girls' school in Southern California. Ochoa is also a board member of the Pacific Council on International Policy, a board member of UnidosUS (formerly National Council of La Raza), a member of the Dean's Advisory Council of Tulane University's School of Liberal Arts, a member of Yale Law School's Tsai Leadership Program Advisory Council and an honorary trustee of the Mexican American Bar Foundation. He is a past board chair of Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science, which is an historically Black graduate institution, and a member of the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities. He is also a past board chair of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles, a past board president of The Center for Early Education, a past member of the Yale Law School Association's Executive Board and a past chairman of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Tax-Exempt Organizations Committee. Ochoa lectures frequently on topics that include strategic communications, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and philanthropy. Bryan Croft leads the day-to-day operations of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, overseeing all service line and clinical support services with the goal of ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective and efficient patient care. He also serves as CEO of Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital. Croft joined Cedars-Sinai in 2010 as vice president of Operations and was promoted to senior vice president of Operations in 2017. He has been instrumental in advancing Cedars-Sinai's operations and developing clinical programs and services, working collaboratively with department chairs, senior management and medical staff. His leadership accomplishments include operational and strategic oversight of the Smidt Heart Institute at Cedars-Sinai and the Cedars-Sinai Comprehensive Transplant Center, the planning process for the Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital replacement facility, and expansion and establishment of new clinical programs. Prior to Cedars-Sinai, Bryan served as vice president of Operations for Houston Methodist Hospital, and before that was vice president of Operations for The Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, was a board member of the American College of Healthcare Executives' Greater Houston and Southern California Chapters, and served on the Regent's Advisory Council in Honolulu. Craig Kwiatkowski leads Technology Operations and Enterprise Information Services at Cedars-Sinai, overseeing clinical technology and day-to-day information technology strategy for the Cedars-Sinai Health System. Kwiatkowski has held several leadership roles at Cedars-Sinai since joining the organization more than a decade ago. Early in his tenure at Cedars-Sinai he served as executive director of Applications Systems, where he was responsible for the direction and management of key applications systems, including inpatient, ambulatory and outpatient department areas. Most recently, Kwiatkowski served as vice president and associate chief information officer of Applications, overseeing the entire enterprise application portfolio. Kwiatkowski is a past recipient of the Cedars-Sinai President's Award and has also been honored with a Cedars-Sinai Friend of Nursing Award and an American Drug Stores Excellence in Customer Service Award. David R. Marshall

Dr. Marshall previously served as system chief nursing and patient care services executive for the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston (UTMB Health). During 36 years with UTMB Health, Dr. Marshall made major contributions to the academic health sciences center. He was part of the leadership team that led UTMB Health back from Hurricane Ike after it devastated the Gulf Coast in 2008. In the hurricane's aftermath, Dr. Marshall served as an important public face and voice of confidence for the hospital, keeping patients and the community informed about progress to restore services. And he led the effort for UTMB Health to regain Magnet® recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in 2012, an achievement that has been sustained since that time.
