Anna has over 8 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, having previously worked with several high-profile individuals.
Within her role, Anna provides significant support to the Chairman of the Crestbridge Group, the two Group Heads of Family Office Services and other senior members of the group. Anna's key responsibilities extend to liaising with clients and intermediaries whilst providing a coordination service across the team.
Anna is increasingly involved with company secretarial work and has recently gained her CGI Level 4 Certificate in Corporate Governance.

Chloë has over 20 years' experience in the administration of structures for HNW and UHNW families resident in multiple jurisdictions holding asset classes including high-end real estate and luxury assets but also managed trust companies and AIM listed companies.
Chloë leads a large team of administrators and acts as a key contact for clients and intermediaries in respect of administered structures. Chloë also manages a number of operational functions across the wider department, with a particular focus on systems, processes and procedures.
Chloë is a Chartered Secretary.
With over 20 years' experience in the industry, Chris has worked with a range of different structures holding a variety of assets, including substantial family holdings in listed companies, private equity investments, real estate and luxury assets such as jets, yachts and artwork.
Chris joined Crestbridge from a major international bank where he headed up a multi-family office team specialising in the administration of structures for UHNW UK resident non-domiciled families.
Chris has a comprehensive understanding of UK tax planning matters and currently overseas a team which focuses on clients with a UK tax status.
Chris holds TEP accreditation with STEP and an advanced certification in Family Business Advising.

Daniel has over 15 years' experience working with global UHNW families and family offices. He has specific expertise supporting UHNW families and family offices implement and manage effective family succession planning solutions.
Daniel joined Crestbridge as part of the senior leadership team from a global private bank where he held responsibility for the Wealth Planning and Advisory services for the LEVANT region.
As a Director, Daniel is key to cementing exceptional and long-standing relationships with our families and family office clients and is responsible for ensuring we continue to create bespoke strategies to preserve and enhance clients' global asset portfolios and succession plans.
Daniel holds TEP accreditation with STEP and an advanced certification in Family Business Advising.

Danielle has over 10 years' experience in the finance industry across multiple private structures based in various jurisdictions including Jersey, Geneva, Monaco, the US, BVI and Cayman.
Danielle provides oversight to a large team administering investment portfolios, financing vehicles and commercial and residential real estate for high profile international families. Danielle is also experienced in developing bespoke and innovative family constitutions and procedures for large and complex structures, allowing dynastic wealth to be managed as smoothly and efficiently as possible in accordance with the family's requirements.
Many structures under Danielle's management have Shari'a compliant elements, of which she is knowledgeable and adept.
Danielle is heavily involved with the training and mentoring of junior staff across her direct team and the wider department.
Danielle holds the ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration, the CISI Islamic Finance Qualification and the STEP Advising Family Businesses and Family Business Governance Qualification. More recently, Danielle has passed the Sustainable and Responsible Investment Certificate with CISI and is studying towards the Diploma in ESG with the Corporate Governance Institution.

Based in New York City, and with over 25 years' experience working with UHNW families and their advisors, Darrell is the Managing Director, Americas for Crestbridge Fiduciary LLC.
Darrell's key responsibility is to support professional advisors and their clients in the design and implementation of fiduciary structures. He works regularly with clients in The Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Most often, the family has a nexus to the US and requires a fiduciary structure to support their investment and business interests in the US, the migration of family members to the US, or the efficient transfer of wealth to the next generation who have become US persons.
Darrell has had an extensive career in the Private Wealth space, having worked with the wealth management division of a global bank, an international multifamily office, and the US fiduciary team of a global trust and fund services provider, with postings in New York City, Houston, Texas and Canada.
Darrell holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations. He is also a peer selected Private Client Global Elite Advisor and currently serves as Membership Chair for STEP New York.

Heather has over 25 years' experience in the UHNW sector and is responsible for the Family Office Services business at Crestbridge.
Heather has worked with UHNWIs, their families and institutions to provide a comprehensive range of family office services to families and corporate clients based in multiple jurisdictions. Heather also has extensive experience in the management of client and intermediary relationships.
Heather first worked in Jersey and then in London for 11 years before returning to the Island in 2010 when she helped set up and develop a stand-alone office for a wealth management firm until she joined Crestbridge.
As a member of Crestbridge's executive team, Heather provides, and has input into, the strategic direction and expansion of the business. In addition, Heather also manages, Crestbridge Fiduciary LLC, a US joint venture with Willow Street, which was established in January 2020.
Heather is a lawyer by background and, in this capacity, has previously advised individuals, intermediaries and trustees in relation to offshore matters. Subsequently, she became involved in assisting in the development of wealth management organisations, focusing on her strong relationships with advisors and their clients.

James has over 25 years' experience and is responsible for the IT strategy and the day-to-day running of the operational aspects of Crestbridge's IT function.
He works closely with senior management; liaising with the business to understand operational performance to ensure continued development and enhancement of Crestbridge's systems.
James was previously responsible for the operational technology systems for a leading manager of Intellectual Property to a global client base headquartered in Jersey with a team of 107 spread across 26 offices.
