Amy was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in 2023. She has been with Heil Trailer and EnTrans for over 18 years; she has held various roles, including HR Director for Athens Trailer Operations (ATO) and EnTrans USA Payroll, and HR Manager for satellite facilities. She brings expertise in many specialty areas of Human Resources, including safety management and employee relations. Amy holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing and an MBA, both from the University of Tennessee, as well as holds the SHRM CP and the PHR Certifications.

Bowen has been with Engineered Transportation International since 2010 when he started as an R&D Engineer; he has held numerous engineering positions throughout the company including Director of Engineering and Director of Product & Process Engineering. He was appointed VP of Engineering in 2023. Bowen grew up around the transportation industry and started his own trucking company at the age of 18. He is a certified Six Sigma belt and holds an associate degree in Diesel Mechanics as well as bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of North Dakota and Mechanical Engineering from St. Cloud State University.

David has over 37 years of experience in the tank manufacturing industry. He began his career on the manufacturing floor as a welder, and has taken on a number of supervisory and leadership roles throughout the company. David worked internationally as the plant manager for the Thailand facility and has helped support the plants in England, Argentina and Australia. He also has experience with the parts and warranty side of the industry. As the general manager of the Athens, TN facility, David has applied his knowledge and experience to maintain high performance in safety, quality and manufacturing.

Frank has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and transportation industries, 15 of those years in the tank manufacturing industry. His background includes leadership roles in public, private and private equity-owned entities. He brings an operational view to finance, developed by working in various management positions throughout his career. He is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Jake has built a wide range of expertise in the heavy-duty off road, oil and gas, recreational, defense and vocational trucking industries. He brings extensive experience in business development, operations, lean business transformation, finance, sales, and program management. Previously, Jake was the President of Kalyn Siebert and before that held the role of Director of Operations for Engineered Transportation International, driving operational efficiencies, organizational development, and overall value generation. Jake holds a BA in Business Management and Finance from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.

Over the last 20+ years, Jerry has built an extensive background in the transportation industry. He brings special expertise in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution. He holds Lean White Belt Training certification and is adept in Kanban principles.

Kartik has been with the family since 2013 when he joined Heil Trailer as the Director of Supply Chain. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the low-volume, high-mix environment and has had continued success in designing and implementing cost-effective sourcing models by working with global suppliers. Kartik holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from India, a Masters in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University and is a Certified Quality Improvement Associate by the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

With over 18 years of commercial and manufacturing experience, Matt was appointed President of Kalyn Siebert in 2022. He has been with the Engineered Transportation International family since 2014 in the roles of Director of Business Development and Regional Sales Manager for Heil Trailer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.

Nicholas was appointed President of Heil Trailer Asia in 2023. He has over 20 years of experience in establishing and managing business transformation in various key industries, including automotive, heavy machinery, industrial and telecommunications, across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Oceania and, most recently, the U.S. Nicholas specializes in organizational transformation, market growth expansion, new market start-ups, strategic sales and marketing management, global product development and distribution. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Curtin University of Technology, Australia. Born in Malaysia, he is fluent in English and Cantonese and is also proficient in Mandarin, Hokkien, Foochow, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and Thai.
Phil has over 39 years of experience in manufacturing, operations management and sales. He was appointed General Manager of Jarco in 2022 and had been with the Engineered Transportation International family from 2013 to 2019, starting with Heil Trailer as the Manufacturing Manager of Oil and Gas. Phil has also held roles with Kalyn Siebert as the Plant Manager and SERVA Group in equipment sales. In 2020, Phil worked for FCC Adams as a Training and Development Manager. He holds a Bronze Lean Belt Training certification and has 10 years of Kaizen training.

Specializing in leading organizations to deliver rapid growth, improvement and sustainable results within highly specialized environments, Randy brings more than 30 years of manufacturing and transportation industry experience. Many of those years were spent at Polar Tank, where he served as president for nearly 9 years. He focuses on leveraging his expertise in engineering, business development, sales and general management to achieve goals. Randy holds a bachelor's in mechanical engineering technology from Purdue University and an MBA in marketing from the University of St. Thomas. He has been senior vice president since 2016.

Ryan was appointed CEO of Engineered Transportation International in 2021. He was previously with Engineered Transportation International from 2012 to 2020, holding various roles including President of Kalyn Siebert and VP Sales & Marketing for NA Tank Trailer Division. He was Vice President and General Manager of Capacity Trucks, a division of REV Group from 2020-2021. Ryan has over 18 years of sales, production, commercial, operations and leadership experience in manufacturing and industrial applications. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Western Illinois University and an MBA degree with a concentration in business development from North Central College.

Shawn started with Polar Tank Trailer 25 years ago and has held numerous financial roles including MTO Plant Controller and Director of Accounting for North American Tank Trailer Division. Through these roles, he has gained insight into the operations of the business and the needs of customers. Shawn holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting from St. Cloud Technical and Community College and St. Cloud State University, and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rasmussen College.
