After almost thirty (30) years in the business world: as a business owner and executive, a new business development expert, account manager and "Jill of All Trades", I sold my business, Hill & Partners, Inc (www.hillpartners.com) and moved on from the world of trade shows and conventions.
A winter in warm, sunny Florida sounded wonderful after years of traveling extensively for business - and then I was hooked! Real estate and Punta Gorda Isles - a perfect combo!

Susan Hill sold our house for us in Punta Gorda, Florida. She was very knowledgeable of the area, which was a gated community. She did a price comparison and priced our home at a competitive price, so we were able to sell our home quickly (since we were relocating to another state), but still make a good profit.
