His job is to ensure that Happy Hour Media is a well-oiled machine, servicing enterprise-level accounts in a way that elevates their market potential and positions them for sustained growth.

Coburn Childs

Coburn has been working in the marketing world for over a decade, with experiences that have brought him all over the U.S. partnering with clients in various industries, from real estate to insurance, restaurants to non-profits. Since joining Happy Hour, Coburn has had the pleasure of working with some of his favorite clients yet! As an account manager, Coburn loves getting to brainstorm innovative new ideas for his clients' marketing strategies, and he also loves working with the fun, creative, incredible team at HHMG!

Emily Cook

Emily's previous experience as a Copy Coordinator at a local news station primed her for the transition into marketing and advertising. Her high-level attention to detail, judicious organization, and clear communication has proven the key to her professional success and are areas she constantly works to improve. Emily's goal with every interaction is to ensure that our client's needs are being met and projects are staying on track every step of the way.

Gabrielle Cobb

Having a combined career history in account management and marketing, Gabrielle thrives on building relationships and assisting clients on their road to success. He has 15 years of experience in the advertising industry, and is passionate about leveraging emerging technology trends to drive cost-effective results. His understanding of media effectiveness and platform advances shape how he manages the traditional and digital media implementation at Happy Hour Media. Jeff will play a large role in the media strategy, data analysis and buy strategies used to implement the media plan.

Jessica Gaffney

With over 8 years of experience in marketing and communications, Jessica is focused on client success and communication. Jessica joined Happy Hour Media in 2018. Her favorite aspects of being an Account Manager are building relationships with her clients and seeing the results of what advertising does to affect the bottom line of their company, in real time.

Jesslyn Phounsavan

With over three decades of diverse accounting, finance and administrative experience, Jesslyn manages the agency's payroll, accounting operations, and financial reporting functions, which are critical to the agency's success. Diligently analyzing and proofing the data to ensure accuracy is her superpower. Jesslyn wrangles numbers like Wonder Woman with her magic lasso. Nothing can escape her watchful eyes! Prior to joining the Happy Hour Media team, Jesslyn worked at one of the best Pacific Northwest law firms in the accounting department for several years.

Katherine Salsieder

Having found her creative calling early on, Katherine loves jumping into design projects, collaborating and helping clients achieve their goals. She finds ways to make her work both conceptual and meaningful. She believes in working hard, doing an excellent job, and exceeding the expectations of clients and teammates. As the resident barista, Katherine is always trying to ensure the coffee game at Happy Hour is strong.

Kim Cummings

As well as being the Senior Graphic Designer for Happy Hour, Kim is also the company's Front-End Web Developer professional with proficiency in HTML, CSS and WordPress. She brings a unique perspective to her creative work, seeking inspiration outside the box, and prides herself in her problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Kim likes to play video games and dance. She is primarily fueled by coffee and love for her cat, Leela.

Lauren Grey

Having spent her career rising through different types of design positions, Lauren has developed a creative mind that churns out ideas and concepts at a blistering pace. Don't be surprised if you're in a meeting and she grabs a pen and starts sketching ideas on the spot! Lauren's approach to creative is very collaborative and she knows that the best ideas can come from anywhere so will always listen first. She immerses herself in our clients' brands and works with the Happy Hour Media team as a whole to bring unique, on-brand and polished creative to market that focuses on driving results.

Liz Gadbois

She leads the agency Client Services Team which provides the bridge between our clients and Happy Hour's internal teams. Having been with the company for the last several years, Morgon uses his knowledge of the specific needs of the client and vendor to bridge the gap between the two. Morgon manages A/R & A/P and acts as Jesslyn's sidekick wherever she needs the extra help. Quick, flexible, and eager to solve problems, Morgon is always willing to work with clients to meet their needs. Outside of the typical accounting functions, Morgon works to simplify processes across the office and aids in using new technology to support the ever-evolving needs of the agency.

Nina Johnston

Rebekah is known in the traditional media space for her fair yet tough negotiations, securing some of the best rates in the country for our local, multi-market and national clients. In her 14+ years of agency experience in broadcast media, she has managed fully integrated media campaigns and handled all facets of broadcast media implementation. Rebekah is a vigilant steward, treating each dollar as if it were her own and advocating for thoughtful planning and optimization for successful outcomes.

Terry Gorle

With over 20 years in web applications and brand marketing, Terry has developed a range of skills strongly suited to search engine marketing through his experience with content management systems, search engine optimization (SEO), and data analytics. As an active eCommerce consumer, in addition to extensive knowledge of construction trades, Terry also adds perspective in team marketing and design collaborations. His natural inclination toward getting the most bang for the buck ensures daily attention to agency accounts, with a constant eye on maximizing optimizations and budget efficiency to generate the most valuable leads at the lowest possible cost to the client.
