Since 1990, HAFO provides services as NGO in emergency, humanitarian and development sectors. After announcement of New NGO's Law by Afghan Government which refrain NGOs from construction projects; the Board of Directors of HAFO decided to establish a Construction Company. The company was established with the name of HAFO Construction and Production (Pvt) Ltd (HAFO-CC)... HAFO Construction and Production Company (Pvt) Ltd has been working in restoration and conservation of monuments for around 15 years in Afghanistan. The company has achieved marked successes through implementing numerous projects of restoration and conservation of monuments in various parts of Afghanistan
