ImTech is a California-based nonprofit committed to supporting the development and adoption of immersive technology. Through our annual summit, we showcase and champion immersive technology that promises to improve the human experience. We facilitate the exchange of knowledge within our community and educate our community on the latest applications of immersive technology... "Immersive Tech" refers to software and devices that blur the barrier between the physical and digital world, thereby creating an "Immersive" experience into technology. Over the past several decades, technology has been a tool to rapidly advance humankind. The internet especially, holds an almost unlimited source of information. However, our experience with technology is currently limited to a "two-dimensional" screen and button (keyboard/mouse) interface.
