Frank Cabreja

Frank has over two decades of experience in the information technology industry. In the late 90's, he transitioned from commercial credit analysis and trust operations to IT. As the Director of IT at an AIG subsidiary in the Caribbean, he fully modernized business operations by implementing infrastructure improvements and custom applications that he personally developed. He established and later merged his own IT and Software consulting firm focused on small and medium business. During this time, he has successfully designed, developed, and implemented effective CRM solutions for hundreds of customers. Frank holds an MBA from Drexel University and is a Salesforce.com Certified Developer (DEV 401). Frank is intense about a job well done and about customer success. He looks forward to helping you!

Joe Kolenda

Joe is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with Magna Cum Laude honors, completing a dual-track computer science degree concentrating in both applied computer programming and information assurance. During the summer of 2012, he completed an internship at Dollar Bank in Pittsburgh, focusing on mainframe development. In 2013, he completed a second internship at Deloitte in Harrisburg, focusing on system design and implementation for the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (COMPASS and eCIS systems). In addition to his internships, he was also the website administrator and co-developer for IUP's student newspaper, a teacher's assistant for the Computer Science department, and a Phi Delta Theta founding father. Joe is fluent in various programming languages, and is a Salesforce.com Certified Developer (DEV 401).

Leon Aghazarian

Job Titles:

Leon has over five years of experience customizing Salesforce.com solutions. He began as an end-user in the service department of an A/V integration company and rose through the ranks to become the administrator of a Salesforce implementation that involved five departments and 150 users. He streamlined manual business processes, provided onsite and recorded training sessions, and customized Salesforce to suit a variety of applications from service work order processing to contract onboarding. He later joined the IT Edge team as a Technical Consultant and has worked on marketing, sales, support, and logistics processes as well as analytics. Leon is a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Advanced Administrator (ADM 211), and Certified Developer (DEV 401).
